What a useful piece of information.

It is great to read.

As well as using EMDR and other recognised Trauma therapy with a particularly traumatised client, I was studying hypnotherapy, and my work withher then included a lot of relaxation and relaxation to sleep work. This undoubtedly helped improve her sleep and her nightmares and physical realctions whilst asleep including sleepwalking. As well as Havening, at the later stages, my client is now recovering..she is very couragous.

Thank you so much for bringing this helping work together in a much more holistic way, supporting the 'whole' person. Your willingness to share is refreshing. It's the only way to progress our skills. Joanna
