This is so amazing to read, thank you. I’d love to participate in something like this one day. My OT has looked into animal projects here in south Wales and there is very little about, and nothing I can access. One day! Thank you for your hard work and caring.

I can really relate to Jo’s stories.

I have, as a therapist and a horse owner, often thought about combining my two worlds, to bring the faith of the horse to humans in that gentle and sometimes challenging way that horses allow us to experience when we are close (mindfully and physically). I have not embarked on that project………… yet!

I admire Jo and Khiron House in being creative and real – there are so many options out there in aiding humans in knowing themselves more and then being responsible and connected and our equine friends can offer so much help, if only we opened our souls to see.

I am teetering on the edge of working with horses, with clients. I can identify with the story above, and bought a pony 5 years ago, and wrote a journal from day one, to record our special relationship..ups and downs and forwards! I am very fortunate to have been able to see positive change in my personal development too, and to mine, my families, and my clients’ benefit. I look forwards to reading more about Jo Corfields work, thank you.

Thanks so much Hazel. I do hope you find some way to treat your allergy in this life if possible! I do know of someone who went to Hopethruhorses who is normally allergic and their allergy didnt materialise… so you never know… Very best wishes, Penny

I loved reading about Jo and Bronwen. It is something that I would love to participate in however, I am highly allergic to horses and for me this would not be possible. I am an asthmatic and so unfortunately anti-histamines cannot help either. Hopefully, in the next life, not that I’m in a hurry to get there, all will be well and I can ride horses to my heart’s content. For those who can take advantage of this amazing scheme I wish them well.
